Sogno di Mare  gode di una posizione strategica con vista giardino e vista panoramica . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di aria condizionata, wifi e lavatrice.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e frigorifero/freezer. La zona notte è composta da  3 camere da letto con 3 matrimoniali e 1 letto singolo, e può ospitare fino a 7 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal terrazzo e arricchito da barbecue, zona pranzo all'aperto e solarium.

Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Sogno di Mare  is an Independent house cosy and functional, ideal for a refreshing break.The Independent house is located in Ragusa  and consists of 3 rooms with Private Car Park. Sogno di Mare  enjoys a strategic location with a garden view and panoramic view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of  3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 1 single bed, can accommodate up to 7 people.The outdoor space consists of the terrace and enriched by barbecue, outdoor dining area and solarium.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Sannat is well-known for the high Ta' Ċenċ Cliffs (a 10-minute walk), rich countryside and interesting prehistoric remains.
