The property is located in the small, rustic village of Ta' Sannat on the south coast of Gozo. Sannat is well-known for the high Ta' Ċenċ Cliffs (a 10-minute walk), rich countryside and interesting prehistoric remains. For beach lovers, Mgarr ix-Xini Bay is an 8-minute drive away and a popular spot for swimming, snorkelling and diving.

Gozo’s capital Victoria is a 7-minute drive to the north, the picturesque village of Munxar a 6-minute drive to the west and the historic village of Xewkija a 5-minute drive to the east. The nearest restaurant is a 10-minute walk away and there is a supermarket within an 8-minute walk.

From the well-known Għadira Bay (and family-friendly) to the international diving spot at Ċirkewwa Quay as well as the fantastic Popeye Village, all are within a 10-15 minute driving distance from the apartment.

At a 15-minute walk, guests will also find the upper main road with shops, restaurants, bars and a bus stop that will transport them easily to Ċirkewwa Quay, offering easy connectivity to the other island of the Maltese Archipelago like Gozo and Comino. However, guests can enjoy a pebble beach by walking downhill from the holiday apartment.
