This is a single room on the second floor of Parede House.

It has an individual bed with a duvet, double fitted wardrobe with  hangers and shelves for clothing, a large window that leads  to a balcony with a coffee table and a wonderful view next to the study area. The room has a wall heater and storage for shoes and laundry. It shares the bathroom “Potomac River” on the same floor and a kitchen on the first floor where there’s an individual locker and storage.

The property is on its own plot of land and benefits from a swimming pool, large stepped garden, including an area laid to lawn.

It benefits from a large comfortable living area with flat screen TV, dining areas and 2 fully equipped kitchens with all new appliances; a study area, a games room with pool table, cinema room, dart board, bar and chill out area. A video entry system, full Wi-Fi and services included.

Just a 5-minute walk from a scenic beach and train to Lisbon, our luxurious villa boasts a stunning pool, four heated bedrooms—including a master en-suite—, a modern kitchen, and a spacious garage. Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.

If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer.  Please ask us for more information.  Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked.  We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.
