The villa (145m2) consists of 3 bedrooms - 1 en-suite, a living room with dining area, a large kitchen with dining area and a terrace with barbecue.
The property offers stunning views of the Atlantic Coast, from Almoçageme to Peniche (35 miles north), from the west and north exterior terrace, the living room and the upper bedroom.
The one-hectare plot is mostly surrounded by agricultural farms, allowing for walks in and around the property in a very peaceful/ secluded landscape.
Inside the property: the owners live on site at the end of the property and cultivate a flower garden, ensuring total privacy. Guests can visit the flower garden at any time during their stay and will have the opportunity to take part in floral workshops organized weekly on Wednesdays.
Teleworkers are welcome. A home office with excellent wifi connection is available in the west wing, ensuring high productivity with the surrounding peace and inspiring views of the garden, Praia das Maçãs and the sea.

The imposing houses and farms that surround Colares affirm this wonderful relationship with wine and its production.

Colares has mild winters, an ideal summer temperature that is never too hot, autumn is also ideal, it's like a second spring.
The nearest village of Almoçageme is a 10-minute walk away, here you'll find a rustic village with all the typical narrow streets, cafés, restaurants and grocery stores. Every morning, from Tuesday to Saturday, there is a fish market and every Thursday morning there is a farmers' market. On Saturdays and Sundays, a street market is open all day.
The village is spread out over the Atlantic Ocean. Adraga beach was classified as one of the 20 perfect European beaches by the Sunday Times.
A few minutes away you have famous beaches such as Praia das Maçãs, Praia Grande and these villages are set amongst pleasant woodlands in the heart of the Sintra Cascais Natural Park, surrounded by a nature reserve.

As it is located in a mountainous area with a maritime influence, the charming town of Sintra has its own micro-climate, with plenty of humidity.  This building has the characteristics typical of old buildings in the area, such as humidity and poor soundproofing. The apartment sometimes has a characteristic odor, so we recommend that the space is properly ventilated during your stay.

Whilst here you can try a surf lesson with your family or friends, or if you are an advanced surfer, you can take the opportunity to perfect your techniques with true surfing professionals and world champions. Our lodge is located at the heart of Ericeira with a fortunate view over the village and ocean, and just a 2 minute walk from one of the best beaches in Portugal, bars, restaurants and stores.  - One room has a queen bed and the second has two individual beds.

 - The bathroom has a sink, shower, and toilet. Furthermore, a hairdryer is available for your convenience, and all the guests are provided with fresh towels.
