4. Assistência técnica para aparelhos (quando injustificada):

Unattended swimming pool. It is the responsibility of its users and guests to take all necessary precautions, surveillance of minors, etc.

Check-in and key collection:
Keys are handed over at the condominium reception. Check-in time must be arranged in advance.

Rules:
- No smoking in all apartments  
- Pets are not allowed  
- Silence required between 10pm and 8am  
- Parties and events are not allowed  

Check-in time: Every day from 15:00 to 20:00
Check-out time: Before 11:00

Additional fees:
