It's great for people who might work from home, since I've got a desk in the bedroom with an ergonomic chair and a huge external monitor for you to use. High-speed wifi. 

*This flat is in an old building in Lisbon, so the entrance and the lift are quite old, as is quite typical Portuguese old buildings - a bit shabby. But this should not affect your stay and is very typical Lisbon - the inside of the flat itself is updated and great!*

Being a street with considerable movement and traffic, exterior noise is expected. However, both the door and the window are soundproofed to increase your comfort!

With heated floors, thermal insulation throughout the property, thermal comfort is assured at any time of the year.

Comprising a comfortable sofa,TV, and Sound Bar, it is illuminated by the window and glass door. We emphasize that this is the only window in the apartment, so it is important to ventilate the studio frequently during your stay.

– Keep the property clean and tidy.
– Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
– Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
– Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
– To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

O apartamento tem dois andares e está localizado perto do centro de Lisboa, a apenas 15-20 minutos a pé. A paragem de comboio fica apenas a 6 minutos a pé, paragem de autocarro ao virar da esquina, mercados, restaurantes na mesma rua e o melhor! O rio Tejo fica a 5 minutos a pé, por isso tem toda a zona pedonal para caminhar, fazer exercício ou simplesmente visitar as discotecas e restaurantes da zona.

O apartamento tem 6 quartos e duas casas de banho completas para partilhar (o quarto número 6 tem uma casa de banho privada), por isso as duas casas de banho são para partilhar com os outros 4 quartos. A cozinha é grande e há muito espaço para armazenamento de alimentos, frigorífico, congelador. Há também uma área de lavandaria com máquina de lavar e secar roupa. Há um terraço com plantas e uma mesa agradável.

Não há festas ou música alta depois das 21:00.

The apartment has two floors and is located close to the center of Lisbon, just 15-20 minutes walking distance. The train stop is only 6 minutes walk away, bus stop around the corner, markets, restaurants in the same street and the best! The Tajo river is a 5 minute walk away, so you have the whole pedestrian area for walking, exercising or just visiting the clubs and restaurants in the area.

The apartment has 6 bedrooms and two full bathrooms to share (bedroom number 6 has a private bathroom), so the two bathrooms are to share with the other 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is large and there is plenty of space for food storage, fridge, freezer. There is also a laundry area with washer and dryer. There is a terrace with plants and a nice table.

No parties or loud music after 21:00.
