The property offers stunning views of the Atlantic Coast, from Almoçageme to Peniche (35 miles north), from the west and north exterior terrace, the living room and the upper bedroom.
The one-hectare plot is mostly surrounded by agricultural farms, allowing for walks in and around the property in a very peaceful/ secluded landscape.
Inside the property: the owners live on site at the end of the property and cultivate a flower garden, ensuring total privacy. Guests can visit the flower garden at any time during their stay and will have the opportunity to take part in floral workshops organized weekly on Wednesdays.
Teleworkers are welcome. A home office with excellent wifi connection is available in the west wing, ensuring high productivity with the surrounding peace and inspiring views of the garden, Praia das Maçãs and the sea.

Colares has mild winters, an ideal summer temperature that is never too hot, autumn is also ideal, it's like a second spring.
The nearest village of Almoçageme is a 10-minute walk away, here you'll find a rustic village with all the typical narrow streets, cafés, restaurants and grocery stores. Every morning, from Tuesday to Saturday, there is a fish market and every Thursday morning there is a farmers' market. On Saturdays and Sundays, a street market is open all day.
The village is spread out over the Atlantic Ocean. Adraga beach was classified as one of the 20 perfect European beaches by the Sunday Times.
A few minutes away you have famous beaches such as Praia das Maçãs, Praia Grande and these villages are set amongst pleasant woodlands in the heart of the Sintra Cascais Natural Park, surrounded by a nature reserve.

Kindly note that access to the upper level, inside the house, is made through stairs.

The house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with a single bed, and the upstairs bedroom (in the attic) with two single beds and a sofa bed. Be mindful this last bedroom has low ceilings, so it's not suitable for tall people.

→ Bathrooms
The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub (in the attic) and the other with a shower.

→ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and cozy decor.

→ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

→ Garden
The house has a peaceful and relaxing garden with a dining area, barbecue, and splendid views.


Additional Information:

→ The property is "Self-Catered." Basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only – replacements or refills are not included.
→ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your booking. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
→ The cleaning fee included in your booking only covers check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee – these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, the keys must be placed inside the lockbox.
→ During your stay, guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case technical assistance is required to unlock the door, or in the event of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In cases of key loss, a penalty will apply.
→ Monthly consumptions are included up to €150.
→ City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
