Neighborhood
The apartment is located near Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, Edward VII Park and Marquês do Pombal. Nearby you can also find El Corte Inglés, an amazing shopping destination. From there, it's only a short walk to Lisbon's Downtown, filled with landmarks to discover, such as Santa Justa Lift and Terreiro do Paço. However, it's only a 4-minute walk to the nearest metro station so you can easily get to any point in Lisbon in a matter of minutes in case you don't feel like walking. Then, pop into one of the trams and head to the stunning Belém, where you can discover Jeronimos Monastery, the Monument of the Discoveries and Belém Tower.

A partir daqui, uma curta caminhada irá levá-lo até ao centro de Lisboa onde poderá encontrar as principais atrações turísticas, como o Elevador de Santa Justa e o Terreiro do Paço. No entanto, há uma estação de metro a apenas 4 minutos a pé desde o apartamento, para que possa facilmente chegar a qualquer ponto em Lisboa em poucos minutos caso não tenha vontade de caminhar. De seguida, entre num dos elétricos e vá até Belém, onde poderá descobrir o Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, o Monumento dos Descobrimentos e a Torre de Belém.

→ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your booking. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
→ The cleaning fee included in your booking only covers check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee – these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

The apartment was totally refurbished with great style and standards in 2017, including a central air conditioning that provides great comfort throughout the year. It has a wonderful view over Sintra and is surrounded by charismatic neighbours. Ideal for couples, a family or group of friends who want peace and quiet in the most beautiful village of Portugal.

As it is located in a mountainous area with a maritime influence, the charming town of Sintra has its own micro-climate, with plenty of humidity.  This building has the characteristics typical of old buildings in the area, such as humidity and poor soundproofing. The apartment sometimes has a characteristic odor, so we recommend that the space is properly ventilated during your stay.
