The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Situated in a quiet residential area with privileged sea views, it’s the ideal place for an extended coastal stay. You can enjoy the natural landscapes along the coast by walking along the boardwalks that stretch through the dunes, reaching the beaches of Espinho or Granja with just a quick 2 km walk.

Brito Beach is only 300 meters away; however, please note that access is via a boardwalk and a small tunnel that passes under the train line.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. 
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
