→ Check-in time starts from 17:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. 
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. 
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.  
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

This Studio is just amazing! There's a fully equipped Kitchen, a Work/Dinning Area and a Complete Bathroom. The Bed size is 150x200 cm. There's a Projector to watch Movies/CableTV or to cast streaming Services. You will love the Terrace!

It is located in the city centre of Espinho, a coastal City with amazing Beaches and all Services you may need during your stay. You can easily travel to the big city of Porto by Train, Car or taxi/Uber. It takes approximately 20 Minutes to reach Porto. In my opinion, this is the best City to stay in this Region.
