Modern apartment on the 4th floor of a new building with elevator, located on Avenida 32, in a quiet residential area. The beach is about 20 minutes away on foot, and free street parking is available (subject to availability).
There are 7 steps to climb to access the building.

Bright and inviting, the open-plan living area combines a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning, creating a perfect spot to unwind or work remotely.
The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and coffee machine (coffee not included) - ideal for home-cooked meals or a slow morning breakfast before heading to the beach.

- Balcony
The balcony stretches across the living room and bedroom, offering a beautiful sea view and overlooking the pool, perfect for morning coffee or sunset moments.

- Bedroom

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. 
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. 
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. 
→ Check-in time starts at 16:00 (after 22:00 a fee of 25€ is applied) and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. 
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. 
→ Monthly utilities bills are included up to 150€.
→  Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
→ Please note that the pool may undergo maintenance without prior notice from the condominium.
→  Pool rules:
The swimming pool is a communal facility intended for leisure. Please respect the following rules:
A. Opening hours: 09:00 to 20:00
B. Only residents and their guests may use the pool
C. Maximum capacity: 15 people
D. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory
E. No eating, smoking, loud music, or games (balls, rackets, etc.) around the pool area
F. No diving or jumping into the pool
G. Children must be supervised by an adult
H. Pets are not allowed in the pool
→  Gym and multipurpose room rules:
The gym room, also referred to as the multipurpose room, is exclusively intended for physical fitness activities. Please follow the rules below:
A. Opening hours: from 08:00 to 23:00
B. Access to the gym is free of charge
C. All users must maintain proper hygiene before, during, and after using the equipment. Failure to do so may result in a €50 penalty
D. The use of speakers or any device that plays music aloud is not permitted. Users must use headphones during workouts.
