The house is located in a private condominium on Furadouro Beach in Ovar. About 30 minutes drive between Aveiro and Porto, you will also have access to other locations via the Ovar train station (about 10 minutes drive away). The condo has access to an outdoor pool and tennis court (both shared) and private garage with access to the interior of the house.

NOTE: Pool closed for maintenance.

The house has three bathrooms, two with shower and bathtub and the other with shower only.

The living room is spacious and has an immensity of natural light. It is equipped with two comfortable sofas, indoor fireplace, flat-screen TV, dining table and access to the private garden.

→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. 
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

The first time I saw this house inside, we immediately fell in love with it!

It's a typical house from the Porto region from the 1st half of the XX century, straight and tall (high ceilings), symmetric, with a long, large corridor throughout the house. Rooms have 2 doors, closing towards each other, resulting in a very pleasant feeling of space when both doors are open. It feels like you're living in an open space, but with walls and rooms. You should try it yourself to get the feeling!
