Es un piso de 3 habitaciones totalmente reformado con todos los muebles y electrodomésticos nuevos. El comedor da a una calle muy tranquila con muy poco tráfico, así que cuando hace buen tiempo se puede abrir la ventana sin que haya molestias de ruido.

El barrio es céntrico pero tranquilo, se puede ir andando a la universidad, y está a escasos metros de la estación de Sants o del Hospital Clínic. El barrio tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar, todo tipo de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, cines, teatros, supermercados.. . etc. Numerosos expats eligen este barrio para vivir por tener un ambiente internacional pero sin apenas turistas.

Puedes salir a divertirte por la noche y volver andando a casa con un agradable paseo, además está muy bien comunicado por bus, metro (3 líneas), tren, FFGG, bicing.. .

La habitación es interior con lo que es muy tranquila. Tiene una cama doble (aunque es para uso individual), un armario ropero y una mesa para trabajar o estudiar.
