Nuestro coliving está enfocado a estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales, generalmente entre 18 y 40 años, y ambiente internacional. Buscamos que disfrutes de Barcelona y que tu estancia sea cómoda, por lo que nuestros asesores te ayudaran ante cualquier duda. Además, cuenta con numerosas paradas de autobuses con excelentes conexiones por toda la ciudad.

Este cuarto está pensado para quienes buscan un espacio práctico y luminoso. Cuenta con una cama doble con ropa de cama, un escritorio amplio para trabajar o estudiar y una ventana que da a la calle, lo que aporta luz natural y ventilación durante el día. La habitación incluye cerradura con llave, toallas, wifi y las comodidades básicas para una estancia confortable. Dentro del piso encontrarás una cocina compartida equipada para preparar comidas sencillas y un baño también compartido con los demás huéspedes. Es un ambiente tranquilo, ordenado y pensado para que todos puedan convivir cómodamente sin perder privacidad.

El edificio dispone de ascensor y el acceso es directo desde la entrada principal. Llegar es sencillo, tanto si vienes caminando desde el centro como si usas transporte público.

La zona ofrece una mezcla de vida local y urbana: cafeterías con menú del día, supermercados pequeños, bares relajados, librerías y calles con movimiento constante. Es un área muy práctica para quienes quieren tener servicios, comercio y opciones para comer a pocos minutos a pie.

Moverte desde aquí es muy sencillo. Tienes varias paradas de metro y autobús en un radio corto, que conectan con lugares emblemáticos como la Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, el casco antiguo, el paseo marítimo o los barrios más visitados del centro. Puedes caminar a zonas muy transitadas sin necesidad de transporte, lo que hace que la ubicación sea ideal si planeas explorar la ciudad a pie. Si llegas desde el aeropuerto, el Aerobús te deja en una zona central desde donde solo tendrás que caminar unos minutos hasta el piso. Geranio - 1 bedroom in Eixample Esquerra

We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Boasting an outdoor space almost as big as the interior, Finnt offers a 45 square meter, serene escape inside the center of the city. This one-bedroom, one-bath apartment is located in Barcelona’s famed Dreta de l’Eixample neighborhood. Here guests will find historic architecture, an array of local galleries and expos, and tapas bars galore. Finnt’s surroundings combined with its Saharan-inspired interiors make this space a must.

Once inside, guests are greeted with a stunning dining area to the left. A blend of desert-like tapestries lies beneath the four-person dining set. At the end of the room is a dedicated workstation complemented by earth-toned walls and floor-to-ceiling shelving. 

The glass doors lining the left wall open up to Finnt’s awe-inspiring outdoor space. The 35 square meter terrace offers an array of seating options. Under the veranda, jute-wrapped furniture invites entertainment. In the middle of the terrace rests two lounge chairs, perfect for sunbathing. At the far end of the terrace, a four-person dining set overlooks the cityscape. 

Back inside, across from the dining area, guests will find Finnt’s kitchen space. Stainless steel appliances tie into the stone-blue color palette and cabinetry. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. 

A step past the kitchen area reveals the living room. Earthy, hand-selected furnishings complement the full entertainment system. 

The door to the left of the living room opens up to Finnt’s ensuite bedroom. Fiber panels double as an accent wall and headboard framing the queen-sized bed. The pocket door to the right leads to the ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in, tiled shower. 

For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room. All bedding and linens provided.
