Beautiful and bright apartment of 65M2, the perfect place to find comfort and tranquility, it has 2 double bedrooms, one with a large wardrobe and a desk. This beautiful apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a renovated bathroom with a pretty tiling full of colors, and a spacious dining room next to the kitchen. perfect to share between 2-4 people. Is on the first floor without a lift.

Located in Poblenou, one of the few areas that have grown independently, keeping away from fleeting trends and maintaining its identity. An excellent location, in the heart of one of the trendiest districts of Barcelona, El Poble Nou. Five minutes away from Marbella beach and 2 minutes away from the fantastic Rambla of Poble nou. In a very commercial pedestrian street in front of the Poble Nou Market and 5 minutes walk away from the underground station As a result it has become one of the most genuine and prolific metropolitan scenarios of Barcelona city.

It lies between the great beaches of Barcelona and the city center, which allows its residents, on one hand, great chilled beach life and on the other hand proximity to a huge variety of shopping centers, bars, and restaurants. This neighborhood offers great beaches, wide-open spaces, green parks, and a lack of tourists. The closest metro station is Poble Nou(L4) you can also find other transportation such as buses and biking options.


RENTAL CONDITION:

-Monthly rent: 1200€/month.
-Utilities: 200€/month
-Internet: free of charge
-Agency fees: A single payment equivalent to one month's rent + 21% VAT.
-Cleaning expenses: a single payment of 190€ (VAT included).
-Contract preparation: a single payment of 190€ (VAT included).

DEPOSIT:
-RENTALS FROM 1 TO 5 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE AND A HALF MONTHS' RENT.
-RENTALS FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO MONTHS' RENT.

After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.


SEASONAL RENTAL FOR LEISURE OR HOLIDAY PURPOSES ONLY – MIN. 32 DAYS MAX. 11 MONTHS
We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes.

This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.

You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.
