Hola, soy Juan, tengo 77 años y alquilo con mucho gusto esta acogedora habitación. Estoy ubicado al costado del parque de Collserola, conocido como el "pulmón de Barcelona", al norte de la ciudad. La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones, terraza y aparcamiento gratis. En cada habitación solo vive 1 persona y todos disponen de llave propia. No está autorizado fumar dentro de la casa.

La habitación disponible cuenta con una cama doble, un armario, escritorio, baño privado, aire acondicionado y calefacción centralizada. Además, pongo a disposición toallas y 2 juegos de ropa de cama.

Las áreas comunes a compartir son: la cocina, el comedor, la terraza y se limpian una vez por semana por mi cuenta. Podrán disfrutar de la terraza, comedor con sofá, TV de pantalla plana y una cocina totalmente equipada. Se pide usar el agua con responsabilidad y hacer el reciclaje de los residuos.
