La habitación se encuentra a 14 km del centro de Madrid, en el barrio de Juan de la Cierva de Getafe, situado a 5 mn de la universidad de Getafe, Tenemos cercanos supermercados, centro de salud, transportes públicos como paradas de autobuses por todo Madrid, a 2 mn de Metro Sur que conecta todos los pueblos de la zona y a 15 mn de Renfe. Con Renfe estamos a 20 mn del centro de Madrid, teniendo parada en Puerta del Sol.
Una ciudad con mucha vida, ambiente universitario, gente joven, familias, actividades culturales, bibliotecas, gimnasios, parques, tiendas y centros comerciales….

Completely renovated, with 3 cozy bright rooms all external and 1 internal one with window to the kitchen and two bathrooms (one in suite in the main room). All the expenses are included in the price (cleaning of common and private areas, high speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water and heating). The apartment has been designed in detail and it’s tailored for the student’s comfort. It’s fully equipped with smart TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, iron, coffee machine, toaster and all needed kitchenware. 
The apartment’s distribution includes open communicated living room and kitchen, dining table for four and laundry area, two full bathroom and four bedrooms.

The room is equipped with room key, gas heating, closet, bed with duvet and set of sheets, bedside table with lamp, desk with chair and adjustable lamp and two set of towels for each tenant. The room is external. Independent bathroom shared with other two rooms.
