Viajamos mucho, así que te ayudaremos en lo que se pueda, porque sabemos lo difícil que es a veces manejarte en una ciudad. Te podemos orientar y hacerte recomendaciones. Al llegar al  serás recibido de manera presencial. Las llegadas sin coste son desde las 15:00h hasta las 20.00h. Las llegadas después de las 20:00h hasta las 22:00h conllevan un suplemento de 35€ a pagar por el huésped a la entrega de las llaves. Las llegadas después de las 22:00h hasta las 23:00h conllevan un suplemento de 75€ a pagar por el huésped a la entrega de las llaves..
Correrá por cuenta del huésped el coste del servicio de cerrajería en caso de pérdida de llaves u olvido dentro de la vivienda  (150€ a pagar al cerrajero previo a la apertura de la casa).
Están absolutamente prohibidas las fiestas y reuniones ruidosas. Bajo sanción de las autoridades competentes.
Apaga las luces y el aire acondicionado antes de salir. Ruego que saques la basura todos los días, con especial cuidado en los meses de verano. Hay unos contenedores en la calle habilitados para ello.
