The penthouse has lots of light and is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Chamberí. It is completely renovated. It is located 2 minutes from Plaza de Olavide, in the heart of Madrid.

The studio/apartment has a total area of 40 square meters, but has enough storage space and the apartment is furnished.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and includes kitchenware.

It has a double bed, large sofa bed, built-in closet, chest of drawers. The bed with storage rspace underneath.

An average cost of 120€ is foreseen for utilities including gas, water, electricity, internet.

A minimum stay of 12 months is required. No viewings at the moment as there is a tenant, however, it is possible to book directly online.

It is located within walking distance of the Instituto de Empresa and central areas of Madrid. Metros Iglesia, Quevedo, Bilbao. Buses, restaurants, cafes, bars, bookshops, supermarkets, etc., around the area.

Nuestro coliving está enfocado a estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales, generalmente entre 18 y 40 años, y ambiente internacional. Además, cuenta con numerosas paradas de autobuses con excelentes conexiones por toda la ciudad rodeado de restaurantes, cafés y tiendas.

Durante el fin de semana o festivo el check-in es posible si  se coordina antes del viernes o el último día laborable antes de las 13h00.
