Con respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda, la calle del Poeta Blas de Otero se enmarca en una zona privilegiada, y por tanto provista de todo tipo de servicios: pequeño comercio, restauración, bancos, centro de salud y farmacias,  centros culturales, biblioteca municipal de La Elipa a menos de 5 minutos a pie, etc. . Esta calle está a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro La Elipa (línea 2) a 18 minutos de Sol y Gran Vía. La zona, además, goza de varias líneas de autobús en las proximidades.
