We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more.  We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Aranda is a 140 square meter apartment in Madrid's Salamanca neighborhood. The 2 bedroom 2 bath home finds a balance between modern sleek design with antique furniture pieces and old school ceiling mouldings. Upon stepping into the space, find an open plan space with a chic kitchen island which doubles as a bar area. The fridges are disguised as closets with wood finishings and a stylish grid wine rack on the opposite wall.

The living area has a large dining table closer to the kitchen and a lounge area with TV at the other end. Next to the kitchen, a storage area with two closets is partitioned by glass dividers. A custom made work space with desk has a small alcove fitted with sofa chair and bookshelf.

The first bedroom is simple but elegant with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large full length mirror and shower. The second bedroom comes with a single bed and ample storage space. The second bathroom also comes with shower. All bed and bath linens provided.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). - Se requiere foto DNI/Pasaporte y datos bancarios para la devolución de fianza a la finalización del contrato.

Una vez pagada su reserva recibirá un único email de bienvenida de su casero con toda la información e instrucciones que necesita y donde le solicitará la documentación personal y datos bancarios para realizar el contrato de alquiler. MUY IMPORTANTE QUE INDIQUE CORRECTAMENTE SU NÚMERO DE TELÉFONO Y EMAIL PARA EVITAR QUE NO PUEDAN CONTACTAR Y CORRER EL RIESGO DE PERDER LA RESERVA.
Si el propietario no recibe toda la documentación necesaria previamente solicitada por email y el pago de la cantidad total antes del check in, tendrá que pagar 181,50€ adicionales por un contrato de última hora.
Días antes de la mudanza se pondrán en contacto con usted para concretar el horario del check in. 

NO DEBE APARECER EN EL CONTROL DE MOROSIDAD EL INQUILINO POR QUE SINO CORRE RIESGO LA RESERVA 

ATENCIÓN: Si la reserva se realiza EL MISMO DÍA, el registro de entrada deberá efectuarse al menos 48 HORAS DESPUÉS. No podemos hacer entradas el mismo día.
Los contratos son quincenales, abonando así la quincena completa del mes según el día de reserva. Si el Check in se hace del día 20 del mes en adelante, tendrá que abonarse también el mes siguiente para evitar dos pagos seguidos.

Fabulous and elegant room very well located in Madrid. It is close to several subways such as Diego de Leon, Nuñez de Balboa and Avenida de America, as well as the Circular, 12 and 56 bus lines among others. The Salamanca neighborhood is one of the best areas of Madrid, for its good location, wide avenues and cool places that are in it.

The area is good and safe, in terms of entertainment and things to do mention that it has stores, restaurants, gyms, libraries and entertainment venues, all of them ideal to meet any of the needs of the tenant.

The apartment is large and bright (150 m2) and is fully furnished with all appliances and utensils necessary for living. 

The apartment is to share, with a maximum of 6 roommates between 22 and 35 years old, all of them students or workers. The room is spacious, bright and cozy and as if that were not enough is brand new, in the same way as the rest of the apartment. It is available from March 1st =)

 It has a closet, a large bookshelf, a full-length mirror, a desk with its corresponding chair, a sofa and a second additional chair. In addition to its bedside table and corresponding night lamp. The room also comes with a pillow and pillowcase, as well as a fan/heater in case it is necessary.

Kita is an 85 square meters, 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Madrid's Justicia neighborhood. The minimalist design is unique in its use of dried plants throughout the space. Enter Kita and find the kitchen which is fully equipped with all cooking appliances and utensils.

The area before the living room is fitted with a bench and large wood dining table. The living room, which looks onto the streets of Madrid, has a lounge area with a comfortable couch and ample storage space. The dedicated work area has a custom built desk lining the entire wall.

The use of a bright burgundy adds a warmth to the entire space. The bedroom designed in earth tones and shades of green is fitted with a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a full shower.
