El inmueble es idóneo para 2 personas El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble En el baño podrá encontrar, siguiendo los estándares de la industria hotelera, jabón de manos, gel y champú para su primera noche de estancia. La vivienda posee una cocina independiente y completamente equipada con electrodomésticos (frigorífico, lavadora, lavavajillas y vitrocerámica) y el menaje necesario para cocinar y disfrutar. El apartamento dispone también de: mesa de escritorio, cafetera Italiana,secador, plancha, sábanas y dos toallas por huésped. Además, el inmueble cuenta con lavadora y secadora.  El comedor se encuentra situado en el salón lo que dota a la vivienda de dos espacios diferentes en la misma habitación. El salón dispone de sofa con 4 plazas, y televisión de pantalla plana.  La calefacción está instalada con un sistema por conducto, mientras que el aire acondicionado funciona por conducto. La conexión a internet WiFi también está instalada, contará con todo lo necesario para sentirse tan cómodo como en su propio hogar. Por último, en Minty Host nos tomamos muy en serio la seguridad y tranquilidad de nuestros huéspedes y colaboradores. Esta vivienda cuenta con garantía de desinfección según el protocolo oficial de limpieza y desinfección de alojamientos relativo al Covid-19, y en ella empleamos productos de limpieza y desinfección homologados, garantizando un espacio completamente seguro.  El apartamento, cuya estación de metro más cercana es ibiza, se encuentra perfectamente comunicado con la zona de negocio de la ciudad.   Barrio:  El Parque del Buen Retiro es el auténtico protagonista de este barrio de Madrid que tiene sus flancos en las calles de Alcalá y O’Donnell en el extremo norte, la calle Doctor Esquerdo en el este, la avenida del Mediterráneo y el paseo de Reina Cristina en el sur y la calle de Alfonso XII en el extremo occidental. Esta zona mantiene un trazado similar al de su vecino barrio de Salamanca, con calles perpendiculares con amplias aceras y algunas de ellas equipadas con bulevares para potenciar el paseo y esparcimiento. Es el caso de las calles de Ibiza y Alcalde Sainz de Baranda. Aunque fundamentalmente tiene carácter residencial, su cercanía con el centro de la ciudad le hace compaginar éste con el ambiente comercial y empresarial. La visita al Parque del Retiro es una cita imprescindible para cualquier turista que llegue a Madrid. The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, hair dryer and iron.  Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine  You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with 4 seats  and flat screen TV.  There is a conduit heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay.  Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 100€/month.
