La zona notte è composta da  2 camere da letto con 2 matrimoniali, e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. La Dimora del Tasso - Garden, Terrace &amp; Mountain View  enjoys a strategic location with a mountain view and lake view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with wifi, washing machine and heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of  2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, can accommodate up to 4 people.The outdoor space consists of the garden and enriched by outdoor dining area.La Dimora del Tasso - Garden, Terrace &amp; Mountain View  also offers: bike and television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Panoramic Dream House è una casa a due piani confortevole e luminosa, in una zona strategica e ideale come base di partenza per le vostre escusioni ed attività all'aria aperta.L’appartamento si trova a San Fedele Intelvi, centro principale della Val d'Intelvi in provincia di Como ed è composto da un'ampia sala e cucina, 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni.La cucina è completa di accessori, piatti, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici: forno, frigorifero, bollitore.La zona notte è composta da 2 camere da letto: al primo piano con 1 letto matrimoniale ed al secondo piano con 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto singolo, può ospitare fino a 5 persone.La casa è riservata ai non fumatori ed è dotata di televisione, wifi, lavatrice e riscaldamento autonomo.
