ITA Bartolino è un appartamento di recentissima ristrutturazione, situato al piano rialzato (mezza rampa di scale) di una casa con soli 4 appartamenti. L'appartamento, dotato di aria condizionata, è costituito da ingresso, ampio soggiorno/cucina con tv e divano letto (140x200), una camera da letto con letto doppio (160x200), una camera con due letti singoli (80x200) e un bagno con lavatrice. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo sebbene sia vicino alle principali vie di comunicazione e alla stazione. Wifi veloce in tutta la casa. Lo spazio La zona giorno è costituita da un ampio soggiorno con tv e divano letto e una cucina completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi. Troverete anche una macchina del caffè Nespresso (sul posto leggete le istruzioni per l'utilizzo delle cialde). Dal soggiorno/cucina si accede al terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito). In soggiorno è inoltre presente uno dei due condizionatori della casa: l'altro è nel corridoio, fra le porte di ingresso alle due camere. La camera principale ha un letto doppio (160x200) con vano contenitore sotto al materasso e un armadio a 5 ante, dentro al quale troverete anche scope, aspirapolvere, cuscini e coperte aggiuntivi. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli (80x200) con vano contenitore sotto al materasso, e una zona appendiabiti nascosta da una tenda, dietro cui troverete una cassettiera a 3 ante ma anche ferro, asse da stiro, e stendibiancheria. Il bagno è dotato di ampia doccia, lavello, wc, bidet e lavatrice. In bagno troverete asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo sempre a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa). Nel piccolo spazio fra le camere e il bagno c'è un armadio a specchio, dentro cui troverete detersivi per la casa a vostra disposizione e dello spazio per i vostri beauty case. Bartolino ha il riscaldamento radiante a pavimento già impostato per il massimo confort. Tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere e tapparelle elettriche (con comandi a parete). The space The living area consists of a large living room with TV and sofa bed and a full kitchen equipped with everything we think you might need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and mugs. Some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine (on site read the instructions for using the pods). From the living room/kitchen there is access to the terrace, where you can hang clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed). The living room also has one of the two air conditioners in the house: the other is in the hallway, between the entrance doors to the two rooms. The main room has a double bed (160x200) with storage compartment under the mattress and a 5-door closet, inside which you will also find brooms, vacuum cleaner, pillows and additional blankets. The second bedroom has two single beds (80x200) with storage compartment under the mattress, and a hanging area hidden by a curtain, behind which you will find a 3-door chest of drawers but also an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. In the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam, and shampoo always at your disposal (in sufficient quantity for a day or two, in time to go shopping). In the small space between the rooms and the bathroom is a mirrored closet, inside which you will find household detergents at your disposal and space for your beauty cases. Bartolino has radiant floor heating already set up for maximum comfort. All windows have mosquito nets and electric shutters (with wall controls).
