Gli ambienti ben distribuiti e la posizione privilegiata lo rendono una soluzione ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici che desiderano vivere Milano con tutti i comfort di casa. L'appartamento si sviluppa in due camere da letto accuratamente arredate: la prima dispone di un comodo letto matrimoniale e di una pratica poltrona letto per massimizzare la flessibilità degli spazi, mentre la seconda è dotata di un letto singolo con letto estraibile, garantendo privacy e riposo per tutti gli ospiti. La zona giorno, ampia e accogliente, è il cuore pulsante dell'abitazione, con un divano letto matrimoniale che può ospitare due persone aggiuntive. L'angolo cottura a vista, completamente attrezzato, mette a disposizione forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero con freezer, permettendo di preparare e gustare i pasti in totale autonomia. Il bagno completa la distribuzione interna degli ambienti. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost. In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
