Things to Keep in Mind - Limited Natural Light: The apartment has only one window, located in the main door, which means natural light is limited. - Street Noise: With the apartment opening directly onto the street, you may hear some neighborhood noise, especially during the day when the area is lively. - Humidity: Due to the building’s age and compact design, the apartment can be prone to humidity. Regular ventilation is recommended for a fresh atmosphere. - Limited Car Access: The apartment is located on a narrow, steep dead-end street, which restricts car access and makes parking difficult. - Old Building: The apartment is in an older building, so the soundproofing isn’t ideal. You may hear your neighbors, or perhaps the occasional dog! - Ongoing Construction Nearby: Be aware that there is ongoing construction work nearby, which could cause some daytime noise. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or changes of linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out must be done until 11:00 AM. Upon departure, it is necessary to place the keys inside the lockbox. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
