Please be aware that this area may be quite lively, and noise can be expected! → Building The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building (no elevator) and in the highest area of the city. It is perfect for business travelers or couples seeking a convenient stay in a typical Lisbon neighborhood, with all the main attractions of the city and incredible viewpoints within walking distance. → Bedroom The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine level, so access is via stairs (due to being on a mezzanine, the ceilings are low). → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. → Living room The living room has a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is self-catered. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. → Bedding and bath linen are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of needing technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply. → The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring tranquility and comfort for everyone during their stay. → A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
