The loft is located in a lovely area of Berlin, right in the center, with a park next to it and a river—the Panke—surrounded by many buildings and old factories where several artists have their studios. The famous Ufer film studios are also very close by.

You’ll find libraries, supermarkets, and all kinds of shops on a wide street where the tram passes. There is also a garden, peaceful and charming.

The condominium fee is included in the monthly rent. A minimum stay of 1 month is required.
