Two metro lines, U8 and U9, and three trams run along the same street as the building. It’s just four metro stops from Alexanderplatz. The loft is located in a lovely area of Berlin, right in the center, with a park next to it and a river—the Panke—surrounded by many buildings and old factories where several artists have their studios. The famous Ufer film studios are also very close by.

You’ll find libraries, supermarkets, and all kinds of shops on a wide street where the tram passes. There is also a garden, peaceful and charming.

The apartment is available starting 2025-11-10.
It has a total area of 50 square meters and consists of two rooms.
The condominium fee is included in the monthly rent. A minimum stay of 1 month is required.

We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)

                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.
