Die Ausstattung besticht mit ihrem Loftcharakter: Sichtmauerwerk, Stahlträger und Eichenparkett runden den Stil ab. Die nagelneue Kücheninsel verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Kochfeld mit Muldenlüfter, Retro-Kühlschrank und allem Zubehör. Die schöne und großzügige Dachterrasse mit Westlage ist ein Highlight. Die Immobilie liegt in belebter Gegend in Berlin Spandau (Spandau). In unmittelbarer Umgebung der Immobilie gibt es einige Buslinien und die U-Bahnlinie U7. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.

CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. 
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.

Which documents do we need for a booking:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)

Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.

When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.

You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.

Lage

Die Romy-Schneider-Straße liegt in Berlin-Spandau, im Stadtteil Haselhorst unmittelbar am Krienicke Park, durch den man fußläufig direkt zum nahegelegenen Havelufer gelangt. Hier lassen sich entspannte Sommerabende auf der Wiese am Ufer der schönen Havel genießen. 

Durch diverse Busverbindungen und U-Bahnhof (U7) Haselhorst ist man optimal an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen. Der gute Anschluss zur Autobahn macht den Standort trotz seiner beschaulichen Lage besonders verkehrsgünstig.

Die Insel Eiswerder aber auch der Haselhorst befinden sich keine 500 Meter entfernt und sind das perfekte Naherholungsgebiet. Weiter nördlich kommt man zum Tegeler See mit den angrenzenden weitläufigen Waldgebieten.
