This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.

Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. Lage

Die Romy-Schneider-Straße liegt in Berlin-Spandau, im Stadtteil Haselhorst unmittelbar am Krienicke Park, durch den man fußläufig direkt zum nahegelegenen Havelufer gelangt. Hier lassen sich entspannte Sommerabende auf der Wiese am Ufer der schönen Havel genießen. 

Durch diverse Busverbindungen und U-Bahnhof (U7) Haselhorst ist man optimal an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen. Der gute Anschluss zur Autobahn macht den Standort trotz seiner beschaulichen Lage besonders verkehrsgünstig.

Die Insel Eiswerder aber auch der Haselhorst befinden sich keine 500 Meter entfernt und sind das perfekte Naherholungsgebiet.
