La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero/freezer. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno e da 1 camera da letto con 1 matrimoniale, e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal balcone.Casa Mondrian dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO:

Casa Mondrian enjoys a strategic location with a city view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, can accommodate up to 4 people.The outdoor space consists of the balcony.Casa Mondrian also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Nel caso in cui si volesse fare subentrare un inquilino (sia che lo trovi il proprietario sia che lo trovi l'inquilino attuale) si potrà uscire dall'appartamento pagando una spesa di servizio pari a 200€.In questo caso il contratto si chiuderà il giorno precedente all'ingresso del sostituto. Sarà comunque dovuta anche la spesa per la chiusura del contratto pari a 225€.. In ogni caso, 3 mesi  rispetto alla data di check-out, va comunicata la disdetta regolare per interrompere il contratto alla data stabilita; se non avverrà tale comunicazione, il contratto rimarrà attivo.
