We have received reports of a fraudulent website, “spacest-rentals.com”, that copies our name, our brand and our listings to deceive people looking for a home.
“Spacest-rentals.com” is not affiliated with Spacest.com or Roomless S.r.l. in any way. We have no connection with the people behind it and we fully dissociate ourselves from their activity.

How the scam works:
- They publish fake listings on real estate portals under false names.
- They contact you on WhatsApp pretending to be Spacest.com.
- They ask you to pay a deposit or rent by bank transfer to an account that does not belong to Roomless S.r.l. or Spacest.com.
How to protect yourself
- Book and pay only on Spacest.com. Our checkout is the only place where you are asked to pay.
- Check the beneficiary. If you pay by bank transfer on spacest.com, the beneficiary is always Roomless S.r.l. Any other beneficiary is a scam.
- Remember how our partner portals work. Our listings also appear on partner portals. Every one of them leads to a booking on spacest.com, never to a payment outside our website.
- Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, stop and contact us before paying.

How to report them as scammers
Please visit the Google page https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/ and report the site as a fraudulent domain.

Do not send any money.
If you have already paid, contact your bank immediately to request a recall of the transfer, and file a report with the police. Then write to us at info@spacest.com with screenshots of the conversation, so we can report the website to the authorities and help other people avoid it.
