The rental price includes condominium fees and utility costs. Electricity usage is included up to €50 per month, with any excess consumption deducted from the security deposit.
The final cleaning and sanitization fee is €150.00.
For cancellations, there is no penalty if done at least 30 days before check-in; otherwise, the penalty will be 100% of the first month’s rent.
Arrival must be confirmed at least 2 days in advance of check-in.
Check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00, with personal check-in provided by the owner. The house manual is available via QR code. Check-out is by 11:00, and instructions are available through the QR code.
Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 08:00.

At check-in, guests are required to sign a temporary rental agreement.
Upon confirming the reservation, guests will need to pay a non-interest-bearing security deposit of 1 to 2 months, based on the rental duration and the guest’s profile, at the owner's discretion.
The rental price includes condominium fees and utility costs. Electricity usage is included up to €50 per month, with any excess consumption deducted from the security deposit.
The final cleaning and sanitization fee is €200.00.
For cancellations, there is no penalty if done at least 30 days before check-in; otherwise, the penalty will be 100% of the first month’s rent.
Arrival must be confirmed at least 2 days in advance of check-in.
Check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00, with personal check-in provided by the owner. The house manual is available via QR code. Check-out is by 11:00, and instructions are available through the QR code.
Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 08:00.
Events are not allowed, and photography or advertising filming is prohibited.

Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano ristoranti, bar, l'Esselunga e un ufficio postale. La portineria è aperta tutte le mattine da lunedì a sabato. L'host parla inglese, tedesco e francese.
