Description - around the apartment At the bottom of the building lies one of the best (and most expensive) bakery in Denmark, Lagkagehuset. There is a 7 eleven on one corner, and a big Kvickly supermarket on the next corner. The metro stop “Axel Møllers Have” is a 5 min walk away. Behind the building lies the very small garden of Hostrups Have (as part of the building block) which can also be enjoyed on a nice day. If you want to visit the heart of Frederiksberg, take a stroll down Frederiksberg Allé, at the main entrance of Frederiksberg Gardens, all the way down to Værndamsvej and indulge in the beauty of the tree-lined avenue. The building is a part of a larger building block in Hostrups Have which means Hostrups garden. It is named after the author Jens Christian Hostrup. The buildings were built in 1930 after I.H.Rubens factories were torn down. The architect of the building is Hans Dahlerup Bertelsen (1881 - 1939).
