Splendid apartment inside the famous Pallavicini Palace dating back to the 1400s, right in the historical centre of Bologna. The flat, on the basement floor, features design furniture, attention to detail and an arched ceiling. The living area features an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine and a microwave, a dining table, a snack-bar style table and a living room with a double sofa bed, vintage armchairs and a TV. This area connects directly to the sleeping area where there is a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. Two bathrooms, both with shower and featuring exposed brickwork, complete the layout. Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating with heat pump will be available in the accommodation. The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot. *Please note that, for the 3rd and 4th person, an extra fee of 300€ per person per month applies. Bologna, known as the "Dotta" being the home of the oldest University in the West, the "Grassa" for its food and wine excellence and the "Rossa" color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul lies in the medieval historic center that is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, stores and theaters, characterized by nearly 40 km of arcades. In the historic center is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings blends perfectly with modernity. Don't miss Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, that of the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the many museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, and ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round. The central train station is about 1,5 km away, while the airport can be easily reached in less than 15 minutes by car.
