Known for its buzzing nightlife and annual Festivities of the Popular Saints every June, this neighborhood doesn’t do quiet—but it does do fun. Expect lively vibes, music, and the occasional late-night cheer drifting from outside. Heads up: there’s ongoing construction nearby, so a little noise might pop up during the day (completion date is still a mystery). Also, car access is limited—only certified taxis, residents, and emergency vehicles can enter. A perfect spot for friends or families looking to embrace the city’s electric heart, the space gives you a front-row seat to all the action. → Bedroom Cozy and snug, the apartment’s interior bedroom (no windows, but plenty of charm) features a comfy double bed—ideal for recharging after a night out or exploring Lisbon’s treasures. → Bathroom The bathroom includes a shower and even a small French window leading to a charming little courtyard. It’s compact, practical, and full of character. → Living Room With a TV, a comfy sofa, and a door that opens straight onto the street, this living room doubles as a hub for relaxation and people-watching in one of Lisbon’s most famous neighborhoods. → Kitchen Compact but fully equipped, the kitchen has all you need: a mini-fridge, microwave, stove, and espresso machine (BYOC—bring your own coffee!). It’s small but mighty for whipping up breakfast or a quick snack before hitting the streets. Some Tips: As a ground-floor unit in a historic Lisbon building, this apartment has a unique charm but comes with a quirky detail: natural light is limited to the window in the front door and the French door at the back, which opens to a small, cozy courtyard. To keep the vibe fresh and breezy (and fight off any pesky moisture), we recommend cracking those doors open whenever possible—let the air flow and bring a little of Lisbon’s energy inside! Additional Info: → Please be aware that Bica is a very lively area of Lisbon! Some noise can be expected, especially on weekend nights. → The property is ''Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including first day toiletries, toilet paper etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replacements are not included. → Bed and bath linen is provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge upon check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in starts at 2:00 pm and check-out must be completed by 11:00 am. Upon departure, you must place the keys inside the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. (EN) > The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of the check-out date. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid.
