Casa D'Angelo by Ghor is an Apartment pretty and spacious, perfect for business and leisure stays.The Apartment is located in Roma  on the ground floor and consists of 1 room . Casa D'Angelo by Ghor enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, can accommodate up to 4 people.The outdoor space consists of the balcony.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

double use for couples, is comfortable and bright thanks to a large window and balcony, complete

desk, relaxation area with sofa and chaise longue.

The monthly cost of utilities is calculated as a flat rate, subject to adjustment. Also included
in the price is the weekly cleaning service of all the common areas of the apartment. An
all-inclusive formula to live your experience at home without worries.


The apartment consists of 3 spacious rooms, bathroom, entrance with lunch area and kitchen
complete with all appliances. It is located in Via Tuscolana, an area served by everything, full of shops and pleasant liveability. 250 meters from the Metro A, Giulio Agricola and Lucio Sestio stops. A few minutes' walk away you can reach the historic Parco degli Acquedotti and also the convenience of the CinecittàDue Shopping Center, ideal for shopping.
The area is complete with all services (metro, buses including night buses, supermarkets, banks, post office, local market, cinema, characteristic places and pubs). Tor Vergata, Sapienza and LUISS University can be reached in about 30 minutes by Metro and/or Bus.
