The apartment is very bright, well furnished with shades of white and with some touches of colour.
It has a large living room where you can relax on a comfortable sofa, a spacious kitchenette where you can prepare great meals during your stay in Rome and 2 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
It is in a quiet area and a few hundred meters from the Cinecittà metro station.  Monthly charge of 100 euros for Condominio Fee. Cleaning fee at check-out: 100 euros.

This fully renovated furnished, to a single person no couple independent studio in a peaceful neighbourhood in Rome. Its located just five minutes walking distance from the metro/bus station Cinecittà 20 mins train ride to Termini, and five minutes from Tor Vergata University. The studio offers a private balcony, private kitchen, and air conditioning. You will be completely independent and have a lot of privacy. We offer a regular registered contract. The landlord lives in the apartment next to this studio and it's not possible to host parties in this property.

Your 1st rent will be 100% refunded if you cancel up to 60 days before the contract start date or you'll get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 30 days.
