*This flat is in an old building in Lisbon. Old Lisboa buildings have old pipes and some funky smells in the lobby at times. Also, the entrance and the lift are quite old, as is quite typical Portuguese old buildings - so the lobby/entrance to the building is a bit shabby. But this should not affect your stay and is very typical Lisbon.* 

Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with fresh sheets and blankets. Towel service for each guest. Clothing rack with hangers, and additional racks for shoes. Large window (with shades) to fill the room with sun.

The space
The apartment with its private garden is very central, 5 minutes from all transport, even the bus that takes you directly to the airport. Close to many points of historical interest that you can walk to, you can stroll along the tree-lined Avenida da Liberdade (Champs Elysées de Lisboa) and where there are many Haute Couture stores, the typical bars are not far away. Finally, the apartment gives you a balance between proximity to the city center and fundamental tranquility if you want a successful stay!

Guest access
Check-in takes place between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Other possibilities require payment until 10 pm €20 from 10 pm to midnight €40.

The apartment, in addition to its 45m2 private garden (with chairs, table, parasol) has everything you would need in an apartment, bathroom (towels), equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes , glasses, household linen, etc.), a dining area, a living area and an independent bedroom (with sheets and towels).

From 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm you can check in whenever you want because I have numerical keys, you are completely independent (however, as I said, if there is a problem you can request the security option (paid) because, as it is a historic building, sometimes the technology may not work). Between 5.30 pm and 7.30 pm I can guarantee free entry. Your numerical apartment key is a number that will only be used by you, which gives you a guarantee of security. On the other hand, it is very important to always check that the door is properly closed.

In the garden it is important:
- The automatic irrigation turns on around midnight (make sure you haven't left anything in the garden) you can use the terrace during the irrigation.
- Sometimes the parasol in the garden flies whenever you leave the house, close your hat.

It is an old building is very important of:
- do not make noise in common areas;
- retain the door of the building. The door closes by itself, but it makes a lot of noise, so you will have to hold the door manually;
- It is necessary to check that the apartment door is closed when leaving;

Outros aspectos a ter em conta
Das 17:30 às 19:30 pode fazer o check-in quando quiser porque eu tenho chaves numéricas, é completamente independente (no entanto, como disse, se houver algum problema pode pedir a opção de segurança (paga) porque, como é um edifício histórico, às vezes a tecnologia pode não funcionar). Entre as 17h30 e as 19h30, posso garantir a entrada livre. A chave numérica do seu apartamento é um número que só será utilizado por si, o que lhe dá uma garantia de segurança. Por outro lado, é muito importante verificar sempre se a porta está bem fechada.

No jardim é importante:
- A rega automática liga-se por volta da meia-noite (certifique-se de que não deixou nada no jardim) pode utilizar o terraço durante a rega.
- Por vezes o guarda-sol no jardim voa sempre que sai de casa, feche o chapéu.

O facto de se tratar de um edifício antigo é muito importante:
- não fazer barulho nas zonas comuns;
- conservar a porta do prédio. A porta fecha-se sozinha, mas faz muito barulho, pelo que terá de segurar a porta manualmente;
- É necessário verificar se a porta do apartamento está fechada quando sair;
