Landlord Terms and Conditions

En caso de que el cliente decida finalizar de forma unilateral el contrato firmado con anterioridad a la fecha de conclusión del mismo, deberá abonar una compensación a la empresa que permita a la misma cubrir los gastos generados, así como para poder seguir ofreciendo el servicio en las mismas condiciones en la vivienda para el resto de inquilinos. Esta compensación se detalla de la siguiente manera: Cancelación antes del inicio del contrato: - No se aplica ninguna penalización / compensación, si bien, no se devolverán las cantidades entregadas en concepto de fianza / garantías. En caso de que dicha cancelación se produjera tras el abono de la primera mensualidad, ésta no podrá devolverse. Cancelación después del inicio del contrato: - Cancelación de 7 a 12 meses del contrato: El cliente abonará en un único pago una cantidad igual al 25% de las mensualidades restantes de pago. - Cancelación de 3 a 6 meses del contrato: El cliente abonará en un único pago una cantidad igual al 50% de las mensualidades restantes de pago. - Cancelación de 1 a 2 meses del contrato: El cliente abonará en un único pago una cantidad igual al 85% de las mensualidades restantes de pago. *Aclaración: Si la cancelación se produce entre los días 16 y 30 de un mes determinado, el mes siguiente deberá abonarse de forma completa, aplicándose la penalización mencionada a partir de las mensualidades siguientes a ésta. Para las cancelaciones después del inicio del contrato, la fianza se devolverá con normalidad de acuerdo a las condiciones establecidas, previa formalización y pago de la compensación mencionada.
