A 5 minutos del Parque de María Luisa, muy cerca del campus de Reina Mercedes y del Campus de Ramón y Cajal. Además estamos ubicados próximos a otras Universidades de la ciudad como EUSA. A todos ellos se puede llegar en unos 10-15 minutos a pie. Su perfecta ubicación le permite también, a través de servicio de transporte público, tener fácil acceso tanto al resto de campus universitarios de la US,  como a otras Universidades de la ciudad hispalense (LOYOLA, UPO, CEADE o ESIC). 

 Todas las habitaciones  dotadas de baño y office, con nevera y microondas y con el mismo equipamiento: camas de 1,05, estanterías, armario, escritorio, silla, lámparas, etc. Las habitaciones se limpian una vez a la semana dia en el que se cambian las toallas y la ropa de cama. Al entrar en el apartamento accedemos a un precioso salón, con sofá-cama doble 1,50 x 1,90, amueblado con mobiliario de calidad, y con la cocina integrada. La cocina destaca por sus elementos de madera lo que da un sello de distinción y exclusividad al apartamento.						

								Desde el salón accedemos igualmente a los dos dormitorios, ambos con camas de 0,90 x 2,00, uno de ellos con baño en suite. Además hay un segundo baño independiente que da servicio al otro dormitorio.

La zona del apartamento es una de las más cotizadas del centro de Sevilla. Está justo pegada a la zona central de Plaza del Duque y a la vez a escasos metros de la Avda. de Torneo, la estación de Plaza de Armas o el Paseo Colón y el Río.

This is a very well tasted and stylish apartment, located on the ground floor in a historic building between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration of the House all the possible original architectural elements have been conserved and a unique space has been created where the guest will be able to enjoy calm atmosphere with all the comfort.

In the renovation of the building, architectural and historical remains of the old House have been maintained, and proof of this is the original walls and the beautiful arch, all of brick, which you will find all around the buelding, giving it elegance and unique distinction.

The surroundings of the apartment are unique, Santa Teresa Street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful streets in Santa Cruz quarter, full of History and tradition.
