La distribuzione degli spazi è stata pensata per garantire massima funzionalità e privacy. Le tre camere da letto comprendono una principale con un comodo letto matrimoniale e due camere con letti singoli, tutte arredate con gusto contemporaneo e dotate di ampi armadi. Il soggiorno, luminoso e accogliente, costituisce il fulcro dell'appartamento, dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata di lavoro o di esplorazione urbana. La cucina, completamente attrezzata con forno, microonde e lavastoviglie, permette di preparare tutti i pasti in autonomia. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
