También cuenta con una cocina espaciosa la cual consiste en una cocina de gas, microondas y todos los utensilios necesarios. En general tiene un área social muy espaciosa. Esta zona consiste en un salón con un sofá muy cómodo, TV y un comedor. Adicionalmente cuenta con un baño con iluminación tenue, luces en el espejo, una bañera espaciosa y espacio de almacenamiento. Por otro lado, cuenta con un balcón el cual es perfecto para pasar tiempo solo o acompañado de la propietaria, una encantadadora mujer mayor. El apartamento está en un área muy central pero las líneas de metro 2 y 3 le dan una gran ventaja de accesibilidad a toda la ciudad. Con quien vivirás: Dormitorio 1: Propietaria + 50 años. Additionally it has a bathroom with dim lighting, mirror lights, a spacious bathtub and storage space. On the other hand, it has a balcony which is perfect for spending time alone or with the owner, a charming older woman. The flat is in a very central area but the metro lines 2 and 3 give it a great advantage of accessibility to the whole city. Who you will live with: Bedroom 1: Owner + 50 years old. No se admiten menores de edad. 4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza. 5- HAY QUE PAGAR UNA TASA ADMINISTRATIVA ANTES DE RECIBIR LAS LLAVES. 6- Al realizar el check out, sólo tienes que dejar las llaves en la mesa del comedor del interior, sacar la basura, dejar el apartamento ordenado, CERRAR bien las ventanas y cerrar la puerta al salir. ¿A qué hora llega?
