E' composto da un ingresso con disimpegno e con attaccapanni dove riporre i propri cappotti e giacche. Proseguendo arriviamo nella sala dove troviamo un comodo divano che si trasforma in divano letto per la notte, un tavolo da pranzo e separata troviamo la cucina completamente accessoriata, compresa di tutti gli utensili che servono per cucinare o per consumare pietanze. Dalla sala si ha l'accesso al meraviglioso terrazzo che vanta di graziosi divanetti, una tavolino dove poter studiare/lavorare all'aperto e un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone. Subito dopo l'ingresso a sinistra troviamo un antibagno con armadio dove poter riporre bagagli, dopodichè troviamo il bagno completamente accessoriato compreso di asciugamani 100% cotone e kit di cortesia. La zona notte è composta da una spaziosa camera matrimoniale, con letto metrimoniale King Size compreso di lenzuola 100% cotone e un capiente armadio con grucce e cassetti.
