In the area you’ll also find lots of small bars and shops, as well as the Plaza Aluche Mall, which you’ll find right next to the metro and train station of Aluche (Line 5, regional C5). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the summary of payments.
