O prédio tem elevador e porteiros das 8:00 às 20:00 horas de segunda a sexta e em dias da semana feriados das 08:00 às 15:00 horas. In the living room there's a cable TV and the kitchen is fully equipped, including 2 fridges; you'll also find a nice sunroom with a washing machine, ironing board and electric iron. Expenses are included in the monthly rate, as well as weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and common areas of the apartment and a fortnightly change of bed linen. The building has an elevator and doormen from 8.00am to 8.00pm from Monday to Friday, including holidays if on weekdays from 8.00am and 3.00pm. Right outside the building you'll find cabs and Saldanha Metro Station just 3 minutes away. Good local shopping and close to restaurants, bars, shopping centers and 3 supermarkets and 1 market where you can find fresh produce. *Check-in is only allowed from Monday to Friday, between 10.00am and 7.00pm.
