The living room has cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges; a sunroom with a washing machine, ironing board and electric iron. Expenses are included in the monthly rate, as well as a fortnightly change of bed linen and weekly cleaning of the entire apartment. The building has an elevator and doormen from 8.00am to 8.00pm from Monday to Friday and from 8.00am to 3.00pm on weekdays holidays. Cabs right outside the building and 3 minutes from Saldanha Metro station. Good local shops and very close to restaurants, bars, 2 shopping centers and also 3 supermarkets and 1 market with fresh produce.
