Premessa L'utente che prenoterà l'appartamento su Spacest.com firmerà un contratto di sublocazione con l'azienda Sublocatrice dell'immobile, diventando quindi Subconduttore. Le Parti convengono che tutte le clausole previste dal presente Contratto derogano ogni altra condizione accettata dalla Subconduttrice in relazione alla sublocazione oggetto del presente Contratto. In caso di emergenza e di manutenzione urgente e improcrastinabile la Sublocatrice potrà intervenire anche in assenza della Subconduttrice comunicando a quest'ultima l'avvio dell'intervento di manutenzione contestualmente all'accesso nell'Unità Immobiliare. Qualora, nonostante l'intervento effettuato, fosse necessario ai fini abitativi liberare l'appartamento, la Sublocatrice sostituirà l'unità immobiliare con una analoga di pari condizione qualitativa senza che la Subconduttrice possa chiedere alcun indennizzo o compensazione. ----------------------- ENG CANCELLATION POLICIES Pre-check in cancellation policies vary depending on the period and duration of the reservation.
