Questa parte della via è la meno caotica anche se sempre molto vicina all'ingresso della meravigliosa Torre Guinigi ormai storica icona di Lucca. Passeggiate tra le vecchie vie della città che sono davvero affascinanti per conoscerete le antiche dimore dei nobili lucchesi . Appartamento adatto a coppie di adulti, amici e colleghi, ma anche a coppie con due bambini. NON è presente l'ascensore e ci sono due rampe di scale per raggiungere il SECONDO PIANO. NON è presente l'AC, ma sono forniti ventilatori in ogni camera da letto e nella sala. La posizione centralissima e invidiabile per la sua prossimità all'antica e famosa Torre Guingi , ma al tempo stesso in una via molto tranquilla, rende questa casa ancora più preziosa. A due passi dalla famosa Piazza Anfiteatro e da Via Fillungo. Supermercato vicinissimo in Piazza del Carmine. La Chiesa di San Michele è a meno di 5 minuti i a piedi. Il Duomo di San Martino si raggiunge in meno di 3 minuti a piedi. Piazza Napoleone dove si tengono molti dei concerti estivi del Lucca Summer Festival è raggiungibile in 2 minuti a piedi. I migliori ristoranti della città sono raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata tra gli antichi vicoli della città medievale. L'antico caminetto è solo figurativo. Self Check in NON DISPONIBILE.
