Corso Como facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Alloggio piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort. ristrutturato quattro anni fa, arredato da architetto e artigiano con pregiati mobili su misura, comodissima struttura letto una piazza e mezza amovibile in legno a soppalco. Attenzione l’inclinazione della scala è un po’ ripida. No anziani o persone che soffrono di problemi di equilibrio. Altezza soffitto superiore ai 4 metri. Cucina su misura con tavolo a due posti. Bagno e antibagno. Attenzione: assenza del bidet. Water con doccino. Ampia doccia. Finestra molto alta come un loft. Renovated four years ago, it has been furnished by an architect and a craftsman with high-quality custom-made furniture. It features a very comfortable removable lofted wooden bed structure (one and a half size). Please note: the staircase inclination is quite steep. Not suitable for elderly people or those with balance issues. The ceiling height exceeds 4 meters. Custom-made kitchen with a two-seat table. Bathroom and antechamber. Important: No bidet. Toilet with handheld shower. Spacious shower. Very high loft-style window. Equipped with air conditioning, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, large electric boiler, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, oven, shoe rack, bookshelf, printer, two armchairs, an additional electric heater, and a hairdryer.
